Non-for-profit Community
The Oxford Centre of Medical Education (OxCME) is a non-for-profit community, established by a team of experienced Oxford-based clinical educators to raise the portfolio of medical education nationally and internationally, through providing elite and high quality courses, supporting conferences, courses, events, research and development in the field of medical and clinical education. It is registered as a LTD company at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, No.: 13613264.
Aims

We aim to raise the profile of medical education nationally and internationally. We will achieve this by:

These terms and conditions apply to any agreement with us for the provision of online or class-based training courses (Courses) to you. Please review them carefully before booking any Courses.
Please note when you make a booking, it means you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
How we use your personal information
We only use your personal information in accordance with GDPR principles. We will never share your information with third parties without your prior consent.
Courses
Our courses are our intellectual properties. The content of our courses and associated materials may not be copied or reproduced in any part unless authorised by us. We issue a certificate of attendance on completion of all requirements and full payment of the course fees.
Our right to modify our Terms and Conditions
We review and may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Every time you order Courses from us, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order will be the ones applicable to the Agreement between you and us.
We review and may vary these Terms and Conditions as they are applicable to your order from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements and relevant laws in which case we will notify you accordingly.
Payments
We only accept payment by bank transfer. You will be invoiced when you are allocated a place in our course. We reserves the right to cancel your booking and refund your money if the payment is made after the due date.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under an Agreement that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.
An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, network failure, natural disasters,....If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations to you:

we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, and
-
our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Courses to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over or make a full refund of your course fees.
Cancelation Policy

Cancelled by organiser: full refund

Cancelled more than 28 working days in advance: full refund

Cancelled between 2-28 working days: 50% will be refunded

Cancelled within 1 working days or if the delegate fails to attend the course: No refund
